JAGS (Just Another Gibbs Sampler) is a Bayesian hierarchical model analysis program using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation. It is similar to BUGS but will compile on Linux systems.

The JAGS environment module can be loaded as follows
module load jags/jags-1.0-gnu
