Load SGE module
The following Modules file should be loaded to use mpich
- GNU version of mpich
module load mpich/mpich2-gnu
- Intel version of mpich
module load mpich/mpich-1.2-intel
Use the mpich parallel environment in your job script (example for a 4 slot job)
