You'll want to clean up some configuration before going live. Here are some of the files that I found in need of some work. All path names below are relative to $VDT_LOCATION.

MYSQL

vdt/setup/configure_mysql --version 5 --root your_mysql_password</b>

CONFIG FILES

# The next two instructions are only for PBS batch systems
Edit globus/share/globus_gram_job_manager/pbs.rvf
Look at the queue variable at the bottom and season to taste.

Edit globus/share/globus_gram_job_manager/globus-gram-job-manager.rvf
Look at the "job_type" attribute and season to taste.
We don't use mpi because we don't want mpi apps launched from head
node; this may need a closer look. We don't use Condor
Values: single multiple

Edit osg/etc/locations/grid3-locations.txt and
comment everything out.

Edit gip/test/test_configs/software/*/locations-v1.txt and
comment everything out.

Edit gums/config/gums-client.properties and point at your
gums server.

Edit gratia/probe/pbs/ProbeConfig to prevent Gratia from sending
your local users' job records:
SuppressUnknownVORecords="1"
SuppressNoDNRecords="1"

BUG FIX FOR PBS

gip/lib/python/pbs_common.py lines 462-463
if group[0] in qinfo['groups'] or user[3] in qinfo['groups']:
    users.add(group[0])
- should be -
if group in qinfo['groups'] or user[3] in qinfo['groups']:
    users.add(user[0])

GSISSH

If you want GSI enabled SSHD edit /etc/init.d/sshd
source /usr/local/osg/setup.sh
start gsisshd instead of vendor sshd.

FINALLY

Run configure-osg -c

Go back and check your edits above to see that configure-osg didn't
clobber anything. You may want to run
vdt-control --disable --mysql5 as I don't believe it's
used in a stock CE.
